How to...reconnect your printer to your computer

  1. Unplug the printer from the USB port on the back of the computer.
  2. Unplug the cords from the printer.
  3. Re-plug all 3 cords.
  4. Restart the computer.

If that does not work,
  1. Find your printer software CD.
  2. Go to start, new programs, click on your printer program, click on uninstall, follow instructions.
  3. Insert the CD into the drawer.
  4. Follow instructions.
